How quickly will I get a reply?
Messages are usually answered within 48 hours. Detailed bug reports can take a little longer if the problem needs to be tested on several devices.

Do I need an account to get help?
No. Free Audio Lab has no accounts or sign-ups. Just send an email describing the problem.

How do I report a bug in a tool?
Please include the name of the tool (for example, Audio Trimmer or WAV to MP3 Converter), the device and operating system you use, your browser and what happened. A screenshot also helps. This makes the problem much easier to reproduce and fix.

Are my audio files sent to you when I use the tools?
No. The tools process files on your own device, so nothing is uploaded while you use them. If a specific file causes a problem, you can choose to attach it to your email so it can be tested.
