The LUFS & Peak Analyser is a precise, browser-based measurement tool. It calculates the Integrated LUFS (the average perceived loudness of the entire track) and the True Peak (the absolute highest audio level) of your files. You can safely analyze .mp3, .wav, .m4a, .ogg, .aac, and .flac formats locally on your device without uploading sensitive data to any server.

Industry Standards

Every streaming platform has a loudness target. If your audio is too loud, they will turn it down (which squashes dynamics). If it is too quiet, listeners will struggle to hear it.

• Spotify, YouTube, TikTok: Target -14 LUFS with a maximum True Peak of -1 dB.
• Apple Music & Podcasts: Target -16 LUFS with a maximum True Peak of -1 dB.
